What is your work process?We will start with a free discovery call of 30 mins to know briefly about your business, goals and requirements. We will then offer you a proposal based on your needs and that will be beneficial for your business. Once agreed, you will recieve a confirmation email with access to our client's portal. We will send you a contract to sign which will include all the important details of us working together. Upon booking the service with a non-refundable token amount, we shall get on a detailed call to know further in details or a questionnaire that you will need to fill in and define a plan for the upcoming weeks. Depending on the kind of service chosen, 1-2 free revision will be provided and you will be updated via email on the progress and every stage of the work. The final project will be handed over to you as per the terms and conditions upon recieving the balance amount of the service.
How long will it take for the brand identity and brand strategy projects?Well it will depends on your requirements. Generally a brand identity development project takes around 3-5 weeks and a brand strategy project takes around 4-6 weeks. That faster we can communicate and you will be able to provide me with feedbacks and response to my emails, the faster I can complete the project.
How long will it take for my website to be operational?This will depend on your needs: - A single landing-page may take between 5-8 working days. - A complete website with 5-10 pages may take between 3-5 weeks Of course, these figures are for information purposes only. If you already have all of your content beforehand and you don't have a lot of feedback, then the delivery time will be drastically reduced!
How many revisions are allowed?We offer 1-2 free revisions depending on the service you choose. Additional revisions will be charged seperately (depending on the project type). We will discuss this on our discovery call and our project proposals.

How quickly can we start after my first contact with you?Once you enquire for our services and hop on a quick discovery call, we will provide you with an approximate start date. We typically book a couple of months in advance. This is to ensure you will have plenty of time to complete the questionnaires and prepare any necessary content for your website or branding.
How will you send me the finished project?Upon the receipt of final payment, we will upload all your files and documents in your client portal. You will also recieve an email with a link to download your files and pdfs. If it’s a website, we’ll transfer the ownership of the website design over to you. I also keep a safe-copy of your files in case you lose yours. You can contact me anytime in the future for recovery files by email.

How do I pay? Do you have any payment plans?Ofcourse we offer a payment plans so that it is not too difficult for you to invest. In order to book your place in my schedule, you will have to pay a 50% non-refundable amount at the start of the project. The remaining amount will either be invoiced at the end of the project (before handing over the final files) or be broken down in several payments over the duration of the project. Payments can be made via the payment link we provide (debit/credit card) or bank transfer (SEPA, if you are in any European countries) or via Wise and Revolut. There is also an option for paypal payment with additional 5% fees. We can discuss the suitable payment mode as per your convenience.
