Shipping & Return

DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

For physical products like paintings, scultptures, fine art prints, calendars, books etc, shipping fees will be determined at the time of your purchase and will vary according to the weight and size of the package. Free delivery in mainland France is only applicable during special promotions or unless mentioned. All our orders are shipped with either GLS, DHL, La Poste or Mondial Relay. This allows art editions to be shipped worldwide and in the best conditions, while maintaining quality and authenticity.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • France and EU: 5-8 working days

  • USA: 10-15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10-15 business days

Please allow 5-10 working days to process your orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship (within 5-10 working days), you will receive an email from us (via GLS or DHL or La Poste or Mondial Relay).

  • When your order leaves our studio, a second email will be sent to you with a tracking link (be sure to check your spam folder).

  • If you do not receive an email with a tracking link or tracking updates are missing, contact us at hello@snehapaul.com  providing the name or email used when ordering . We will assist you in tracking your order.

  • You can check the status of your order at any time in the “My Account” section of our site.

HOW ARE THE WORKS SHIPPED?

  • Fine Art prints & large paintings on paper: shipped in a protective cardboard tube, itself packaged in a second packaging for optimal protection.

  • Small Paper Artworks : In a flat double protected, water protected envelop packed with stiff cardboard to avoid any damage.

  • Classic frames & canvases: framed works are protected by bubble wrap and placed in a custom cardboard box to avoid damage.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

At Sneha Paul, there is no return of any physical products purchased like paintings, sculptures, fine art prints, books, guides, calendars etc or digital products.

 

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another artwork of the same value or more within 14 days of receipt. You can only exchange your purchase with the paintings available for purchase on our website. If you choose a painting which is at a higher cost than the one your have already purchased, you need to pay the adjusted amount. This does not apply for digital products purchased.

 

For any exchange you need to first contact us via email at hello@snehapaul.com for exchange instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as the shipping cost of the new art exchanged. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before we have started preparing it. Preparation begins within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. For any cancellation and for us to initiate the cancellation process you must write to us in our email : hello@snehapaul.com

LOCAL TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTY FEES

Only outside the EU. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

NOTICE FOR EU CONSUMERS

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Sneha Paul reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.
