Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To request an exchange, email me at hello@snehapaul.com with your order details and the artwork you’d like in exchange.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the original artwork.
• The original artwork must be returned in its original condition, without any damage.
• Once I receive the returned artwork in good condition, I will process the exchange and ship the new artwork.
• Any additional shipping costs for the new artwork must be covered by the customer.
